About Dr. Snyder
Dr. Mary Snyder performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for a patient base spanning from the midwest to the Rockies. Practicing in Rapid City, SD, Dr. Snyder is a highly trained and qualified plastic surgeon whose professional interests include breast reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring and facial reconstruction. She is dedicated to providing a personal approach and treatment plan for the women and men who visit her from areas near and far, including Montana, Nebraska and Rapid City, SD. She offers plastic surgery and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Dr. Snyder is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. She has served as assistant professor in plastic surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Snyder currently serves as the co-chair of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons' Head and Neck Surgery Curriculum Development Committee, and is also a member of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation In-Service Exam Committee. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
Eduplast Foundation
Dr. Snyder is an active member of the Eduplast Foundation, which strives to improve reconstructive plastic surgery in underserved countries. She has made numerous trips to Nicaragua to provide reconstruction to children and adults with clefts and other congenital anomalies, as well as burns and injuries.
